April Meeting Notice

At the regular April 24th monthly meeting, we will be discussing and voting on amendments to the bylaws/LCA procedures

ATTENTION: MEMBERS OF SMART-TD LOCAL 1694
RE: PROPOSED MODIFICATON OF:

• LOCAL BYLAWS
• LCA PROCEDURES
   

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 21B, Section 48 of the SMART Constitution, this is to notify the members of SMART-TD Local 1694 that an amended copy of the bylaws and the LCA procedures will be considered at our upcoming regular monthly meeting on April 24th 2024, at 1 p.m. at the regular meeting location, Los Domingos Restaurant, 1520 E Main St. Barstow, CA 92311.

Proposed amendments to the Local 1694’s bylaws include the following:

• Adjustment to “Flower Fund” amount.
• Overall re-write to conform with SMART-TD template on bylaws.

Proposed amendments to the Local 1694’s LCA Bylaws include the following:

• Adjustment to Local monthly dues amount
• Overall re-write of the “bylaws” to conform with the standard of “Procedures” for LCA
